Our rentable Phones

We´re have 6 phones with new technique for your choice. They all can capture the unforgettable voicemails of your guests.
They are a great possibility to capture the mood of your wedding, your birthday party, a baptism, a company party during the whole event.

Choose the phone the matches perfect to you, your event and your decoration.

Our phones are old vintage phones and we gave them names, some of them coming from their pre-owners, cause all of the are telling a story and heared already to many voices and messages in the past.

We consciously do not buy any devices from the Far East, because the old devices have a much greater nostalgic charm and a better and more stable quality.
It also saves resources and is therefore much more environmentally friendly.

And now we would like to show you our wonderful phones, all of which couldn't be more different.

This gives you a nice selection to find your favorite phone.

Our greeting signs/ frames

Of course, our audio guest books also include an instruction sign so that your guests know what they should do.

In the standard package we offer 4 different signs to choose from.
So that the sign fits perfectly with your decoration.
The sign is available in either english. deutsch or portuguese. 

If you would like a custom-made product, please contact us.
We would also be happy to design a very personal sign according to your wishes, for example with names, dates, bilingual or your own graphic template. 

Our selection:
- printed instructions on natural paper in a white frame approx. DIN A 4
- Plexiglass white with golden letters (with or without a gold wooden stand)
- DIN A 5 stand frame in old gold with natural paper (good if you don't have that much space where you want to put your phone)
- Plexiglass stand

If you would like different paper, different frames or a different graphic, please write to us.

How does it work?

• Before:
  You choose your phone for your wedding/ birthday/ engagement/ party and send us a message with the date of the event on the contact page.
  Please let us know also the location/ city of the event.
  We´re checking if the phone will be available.
  You´re also choosing the sign and the language for it. (german, english/ portuguese included).
• After the booking , you pay a deposit or the whole amount (depending on the time of booking before the event)
  Latest 14 days before your event you send us a voicemail (whatsapp/ telegram) with your greeting record.
• Before the party we will send you the telephone (or give it to the e.g. wedding planner). Please keep the transport box for safe transport.
  If it´s close by we can also come in person.
• During your event:
  Put your phone to a nice place. It´s super easy to use. You only need to switch it on.
  Your guests pick up the phone, hear your greeting message and after the beep they can send you all the best wishes, love, memories of the day.
  You will also get a sign where you guest can read how it works to make it easier for everybody.
• After: The day after the party you (or your planner) send the phone in the original transport box back to us.
• Around 4 - 6 weeks after your party we will send you an email with the audio files. You will get the audio files in a cloud and you can download them.
• Additional there is the possibility of ordering your files on a USB-sticked in a graved wooden box.
• While you´re hearing the audios you will have a lot of gorgeous memories. You will smile, laugh and be full of memory moments.

No wifi or landline connection is needed, so you can put the phone everywhere.
Even if your wedding is at the beach of the beautiful Algarve. Only be careful with the sand ;-)
Cause you need no plug you can also put it on different places during the day.

 What is included?

• Phone for 1 day of event
• greeting sign with instructions of using the phone (english/ german/ portugues)
• delivery 40 km from Aljezur or shipping in safe transportbox (please keep it for the back-transport)
• You will get the audio-files max 6 weeks after the event via email/ cloud (mostly we are faster)

Add ons

• Audio-files on USB-Stick (40 €) in a graved wooden box
• Personalized sign e.g. with your names/ date (Prize depends on material, size and design..... please contact us)
